SSBCI Informational Session Email Template

A template for you to customize and send to your COIs to invite them to an informational session on the SSBCI program.

To use the template:

  1. Click here to download the Outlook template.
  2. Navigate to your downloads and click on the template file (.otf). It will open an email draft for you.
  3. Edit the text in red so it is relevant to your specific event.
  4. Change the red text to black.

An important note: Do not edit or delete anything in the email except the text in red. Nothing other than the provided content and your email signature should be included in the email. There should be no mention of any bank product or service – even if it’s as simple as “hey, call me about that loan.” This would turn the email into a “marketing email” and Outlook does not adhere to can-spam/compliance, potentially putting us at risk.
